Priya Pasumarthy is an award-winning author of Our Little Promise (2022) and Halloween At Luke's (2019) and resides in the Bay Area in California with her family. She won a Purple Dragonfly Book Award for Our Little Promise (2022) and a Royal Dragonfly Book Award for Halloween At Luke's (2019). She holds a Master of Science Degree in Marine Biology.
A few of Priya’s articles were published in Parenting Special Needs Magazine, Mom’s Choice Awards & Exceptional Needs Today Magazines. She loves adventures; so far, her favorites include bungy jumping in New Zealand and hiking the Hverfjall Volcano in Iceland. Her hobbies include reading, watching films, and horse riding.

Speaking Engagements and School Presentations:
It is quite exciting to share stories with little children. It will be a great opportunity to instill little minds with the message of diversity, inclusivity, togetherness, creativity, and writing. My interactive program is inclusive and personalized and covers the role of imagination and how to use it to write your own story. I hope to inspire little children to become future authors.
